Wedding coordination is a big job—and one that is often underestimated. It takes communication, organization, and a whole lot of heart to keep a wedding day flowing seamlessly. At Hoyt Hallow, we believe you shouldn’t be the one directing timelines, answering questions, or solving problems on your wedding day. That’s our job. Your job is to be present, feel the joy, and soak in every moment.
Three Months Before the Wedding: Your Bridal Consultation
About three months before your wedding, we’ll invite you in for your Bridal Consultation. During this meeting, we go through every detail of your day—your vendors, your ceremony processional, family portrait list, music selections, décor preferences, and even small questions like who cuts the cake after your first slice? Nothing is overlooked.

After your consultation, we begin:
Building your customized day-of itinerary
Communicating with your vendors
Coordinating any additional vendor meetings if needed
Finalizing and organizing every wedding day detail
Rehearsal Day: Clear, Confident Direction
When rehearsal begins, we gather your bridal party and family for weekend announcements. This is where everyone learns:
If you have a question, ask the coordinators—not the bride.
We direct rehearsal, walk everyone through the ceremony step-by-step, and make sure each person feels confident in their role. Before the ceremony on wedding day, we also give a brief refresher so everything feels natural and relaxed.
Once rehearsal wraps, you get to go enjoy your dinner and your people—we’ll handle the rest.
Wedding Day: We’re With You From Start to Finish
On your wedding day, we’re there all day long. We help keep the schedule flowing, guide transitions, answer questions before they ever make it to you, and support you through every moment.
We gently remind you what’s coming next so your day feels smooth—not rushed. And we handle any surprise situations quietly and quickly so you stay fully present and carefree.
The Hoyt Hallow Emergency Kit Advantage
Something always comes up on a wedding day—but we are more than prepared.
Our venue has a fully stocked emergency resource kit that includes:
Sewing machines & sewing kits
Extra buttons, thread, tape, safety pins, & fasteners

Extra décor odds and ends
If you need it, we probably already have it.
Real situations we’ve handled:
A bustle broke? We sewed a new one.
A button popped on a jacket? Repaired in minutes.
DJ running late? Already on the phone.
Bride feeling overheated? Water + fan delivered instantly.
We’ve got you—always.
Our Heart Behind What We Do

Our goal is simple: to make your day as stress-free, joy-filled, and present as possible. We want you to soak in your moments, celebrate with your people, and truly enjoy your day without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. We take care of the schedules, the reminders, the vendor questions, the emergencies, and all the little things you won’t even know were solved. Your only job is to be fully present—to laugh, to hug, to cry happy tears, to be obsessed with your fiancé, and to savor every second of the day you’ve waited for. At Hoyt Hallow, you are family, and we treat your wedding day with the love and care it deserves.
