FAQ
Military & Law Enforcement Discount 10% off the venue package price.
​
Max Capacity is 200​ guest. $1250 - $4500 retainer fee to save your date. (Price depends on package) The retainer fee does go towards your package price. The retainer fee is non refundable. The remaining balance and $500 damage deposit is due 90 days before your date or by your payment plan date. Your $500 deposit fee will not be refunded if there is any damages to Hoyt Hallow or breach of contract. Refunds will take 3-7 business days. Our security is required with 75 guest or if alcohol is being served. 9:00pm - 10:00pm is Cleanup Hour. Wedding event insurance is required with Host Liquor Liability. Beer and wine only.
